Refunds

A short policy, deliberately generous. A dispute over $25 costs everyone more than $25.

Before your listing publishes

Full refund, no questions, any time. Email customersupport@ddsboston.com with your order number.

After it publishes

Full refund within 14 days of purchase. We will take the listing down at the same time.

After 14 days

We refund the unused part of the term, rounded up to the whole month. A listing four months into twelve gets eight months back.

If we got it wrong

If we published your shop with an error we introduced, or removed it in error, you get a full refund whenever you ask, and we will record the mistake on the Corrections page.

Advertising

The same rules apply. Advertising terms are three months, so the unused part is calculated in whole weeks.

How

Email customersupport@ddsboston.com from the address on the order, with the order number. Refunds go back through Shopify to the original payment method, usually within five working days.
