Three slots, three-month terms, and an honest word about how new this paper is.
We do not publish audience figures, because we do not have a year of them yet. Analytics were installed in September 2026. Any number we quoted you today would be a guess dressed up as a measurement, and you would be right to check it.
What you are buying is a defined slot on defined pages for three months, at a founding rate that reflects exactly that. When we do have twelve months of real figures we will publish them, and the rates will move to match. Anyone who bought at the founding rate keeps it until their term ends.
Classified Box — $25 for three months
On the Classifieds page, in both editions.
A boxed advertisement set in the paper’s own typefaces, up to about eighty words with one link. The same page carries our own eBay and Vinted listings, so it is a page readers already come to for things to buy.
Best for a shop, a market stall, a house clearance or a one-off sale.
Sidebar — $75 for three months
Alongside the directory itself, in both editions.
A headline, about forty words, one link and a logo or single image, in the column beside the listings.
Best for a business that wants to be seen while somebody is already browsing shops.
Sponsored Position — $150 for three months
The top of the front page, above the listings, in both editions.
A headline, a standfirst and an image, marked as an advertisement. One advertiser holds it at a time — it is not rotated or shared.
Best for a launch, a dated event, or a business that wants the first thing a reader sees.
Shop Listing — $25 for one year
In the directory, on the map and in both editions, for one year. Publishes automatically within a minute of entering your order number.
The founding rate
These prices hold for the first 20 advertisers. After that we re-price on real traffic data rather than on optimism.
How it works
- Buy the slot. Your order number arrives by email straight away, with a link to write your advertisement.
- Write it on the site. You see the exact card as it will print, in the paper’s own type, while you type.
- The editor reads it. It runs within 48 hours — and if nobody has objected by then, it runs anyway.
- The three months start the day it appears. Seven days before the end we write once; nothing renews itself.
What we will not run
- Anything we could not put our own name beside. We will say so and refund you rather than run it.
- Anything that reads as editorial. Advertisements are marked as advertisements, every time.
- Nothing renews itself. We email you before the term ends and you decide.
